    2. bandages or quick wound patch
    3. scalpel and clamp
    4. medicines and salt, in case I eat bad foods
    5. and something I could come up in that morning

    really agree with glad wrap neatly cut down roll to fit neatly in pouch or whatever you are carrying it in- worst accident I have ever dealt with was axe cut -glad wrap did the trick on patient- I always have a new lighter and small piece candle - antifungal I carry fucidine fixes rashes quickly - feet crutch etc- at least one good bandage - not a lot else except for a small selection of elastoplaste -and some decent pain killers

    Someone mentioned tampons....yes really good for stopping blood flow....a couple of CONDOMS [non lubed please] they make a great water carrier inside a sock ....[as well as...!!!]
