    National park

    Hey team,
Getting my last hunt in (for a while anyway), my first baby arriving around the 11th April.
A mate and I are heading into the national park next weekend, we're heading in off state highway 47. I'm going to be looking at maps over the next week also look at Google maps, to give me abit of the lay of the land. Any advice on the area?

    Much appreciated
    Bevan

Walked up Mt Tihia this morning, came out of bushline just after sunrise. Spooked a deer on my way up. No roars yet, but plenty of rubbing and some sign around.

Don't I know it mate, not a bad reason to miss the roar, still plenty more deer to be had. Future hunting mate for sure
