About LinkBacksmsc used to do an outdoors one which was good...biggest thing is to eed out all the crap that isnt relevant and get tutor who speaks MAN SPEAK....eg Selwin M from Timaru explained shock some thing like this..

made much more sense than the boring monotones used by every one else doing courses.
