hell yes its alright, looking forward to it,even if have to watch on demand due to shift work.
I wasn't sure as I thought there had been a bit shit in past bot it been put up but I might miss read it to lol
I'll be watching
Would be the favorite tv show of the majority of members on this forum I think. I be watching for sure.
My legs hurt just watching those guys
Excellent start to the series
Yes I was wondering about that spotter too? Good episode, couple nice animals taken.
Silly annoying puerile tripe of a programme. Get out on the bloody hill instead.
epic watch to fill in my between shifts morning.
I'd prefer half the episodes to be from the Tararua, Ruahine, and Haurangi ranges rather than in the Alps. Wouldn't that be in proportion to the amount of hunting being carried out by area? Nice to have a few aspirational trips for sure, but it would also be good to see how they get along in places that are more widely known.
Those boys can walk ! and get up in the morning and do it again !
Mrs Finnwolf recorded it - but something went wrong re the times ‘cos we ended up with a double episode of The Simpsons:o
Couple of very nice animals taken already. Looking forward to next week

You may need to make an account to view it.
I had actually watch the first bit (with the shooting) before ‘er indoors started recording so through that link I managed to watch the last 1/3rd, thanks @stug !
All those who missed it were probably watching the same crap as my work colleague Married at First Sight
The Duley's have contributed so much to hunting in NZ. Entertainment. Knowledge. Development. Advocacy. Decency.
Well Sunday's episode made me knackered just watching it! And as for the summit climb; no way Jose...... ;) As for the massive climbs and decents? No way Jose x2.... I needed knee replacements afterwards without having done any of that leg work!
That ridge line was 1000 times beyond my comfort zone. Absolutely no fecking way I even want to dream of doing that. Nightmare stuff!
Got to put the effort in to a 15+” bull tahr though.
It certainly was impressive, not my cup of tea and I’m glad Willie is under orders to take it a bit easy with a couple of young kids at home but man that Bull Luke got was a Monster
@Ned If I was doing it I'd have needed a new sphinchter muscle as well; because it would have been clenching hard the entire time... To be honest; after the first gnarly bit, and with my poor head for heights, I'd have been lying in the scree in the foetal position crying my eyes out... :D
I'm with you there.
Pity about the helicopter poaching, seems to be getting more and more common.
I have done a lot of rock climbing and caving in my time and climbed some easy mountains. I have a reasonably good head for heights too, but I wouldn't have been doing what they did unroped and without someone belaying me.
Climbing unroped is one of those weird things, it means you can climb quickly which means less time in the danger zone, but don’t stuff it up. Sometimes the protection is poor and a fall would probably result in the anchors breaking and both climbers falling. I’ve only climbed one 3000m peak, Malte Brun, we climbed without ropes on the way up, hadn’t intended to, it just happened.
