Big walk for the lads, nice getting it done with the bow. Those goat ribs looked pretty tasty
Another great episode and a big walk the guys are obviously in good shape again.
Great show again last night, as a north island mostly bush hunter it was strange to me seeing deer in that sort of country. And as for there gear talk on Rab sleeping bags, there's no doubt Rab are very good but very good price too so ill stick to my One Planet bag thank you , just as good IMHO and half the price for us peasants!!
This series doesn't seem to be on TVNZ on demand?

Don't miss the epic Red roar episode tonight 7.30pm on Duke!
Hi Greg, you did some kind of tech tip or advice on a general hunting setup of a Swaro scope using MOA.
From memory a bit of advice on why MOA too.
Any idea which season & episode?
Cheers M
Outstanding!

Epic watch tonight team. Couple of great stags taken. Well done.
Doesn't get better than that. You make your luck. Well done.
Fantastic episode.
Magnificent Stags
Absolutely bloody stunning! Probably the best episode I've watched yet. Great to see some good ol' fashioned hunting, and sharing it with your mates. Well done team, thats how memories are made.
Best episode so far we'll done
Yes. Best episode ever IMO. Genuine.
WOW.... Well done indeed. Young bowhunter did fantastic
Yep totally epic , magnificent stags and footage , and to shoot that stag with a bow ….unreal
Agree, has to be one of the best episodes yet. Epic mission in very challenging country, the access up the river looked tough going & butt clenching in places. Then locating & stalking not 1 but 2 monster old stags. wow !! Thought that spiker barking might have been the end of the stalk with the bow. But cool heads prevailed.
Cracker episode what was the Douglas Score , on them be interested to know .

Take it you'll all be supporting H&F to assure this program has a future. Top episode on a top series.
what a thrill for those guys to get a stag each of that size .Greg -antler deformations -would that be ?congenital or physical trauma as the antlers grow??
Not deformed...just different!!! Always been a few around like that.beautiful solid head, that is for sure.really really hope Greg n team will allow us to see the two heads together when mounted. Awesome job Willy,Emil and team ,keep up the great work.
Buitifull stags heads and good effort getting in there.Top NZ hunting program, keep up the good work Gregg n team.
The Duley's are just an awesome crew. To think how much effort they put into getting onto animals in public land and their patience. You gotta say if Greg says they are right up there - it is so.
That was a cracker, great country and a great trip all round. And just a personal thing but its that extra bit exciting when the shot is closer like the 1st stag, when they are right in where every sense of the stag is working against you - although getting that close to the 2nd stag is taking it to the extreme :)
(Another wee thing, I really like those reds that have the spots running along either side of the spine, just an aesthetic thing, that last stag was a beautiful animal quite apart from the rack.)
Best episode yet - apart from your early Colenso trip with Granddad.
Just fantastic.
Great episode! Well team, two cracker stags.
Awesome team. You cant beat that! two great stags, and so well deserved for the team. Keep up the good work fellas.
Chukar and quail....................and an English Pointer...................awesome
.410 better n better, let's HOPE the promised ammunition DOES actually turn up on shelves, some heavi shot #6s in a 3/4oz 3" shell would be the ultimate. Under 25 yards has always been best with the wee guns.
Those chukar weren't shot on Molesworth were they GregD
