You feel as though you are not being heard, that engaging in submissions will do nothing. I've said it a few times on this forum. Your submissions are all analysed and presented to the appropriate committees. What happens after that is beyond me. What I do know with 100% goddamn fking certainty though is that if you don't submit, then you really won't be heard. It really is that simple.
