    Oamaru hut part 2

I am planning on doing another trip in to the Oamaru DOC hut after my son has headed back home to Blenheim. I have not got a firm date yet but if anyone wants to come along more than welcome. Once again will be walking in and out who ever wishes to go we will just work out a date between us, weather permitting of course.

Right I am either going in at the end of this month or at the start of august. Will be using the hut again if anyone wants to tag along more than welcome going in and out through Poronui. The sooner I know who wishes to come along the better organised this trip will be unlike the last trip I did where everything was done at the last minute, will be away for three to four nights to get more time in for hunting instead of just one day but for now I will just be organizing myself in case it is a solo trip.

I will be firming up the dates after next week as I will have a better picture of what date to set, then we could discuss whether to carpool or not and whether we put in for shared meals etc. IF I can afford it there could be a possiblity of walk in and then get choppered out if all goes to plan.

What will you be hunting? That looks like it is in the central North Island.
