Goat
Note: usually whip the back legs off and loins. Front legs tend to be fucked if not head/neck shot.

Rabbit/Hare
- Braised back legs (Slowcooker)

- Rabbit/Hare Thyme pie
Ducks, Geese, Peafowl (hens only), pheasants, cali quail

- Roast (occasionally roast whole w/ orange juice - Cali quail always whole)
Pig
If I had more of an opportunity to hunt/shoot pigs I would be bringing them out whole. Love pork.
Apart front the odd quarter roast (wild pork) we get given, a lot of the pork I eat is purchased.
