I think Stumpys by reading his posts is a ex cop so he has a pretty good idea of procedures to follow and mentioned himself that it will just get filled to nothing draw
The level of aggression in this act appears over and above. Flogging some poor guys gear is one thing but the rest all appears too personal to me.
