Found the prices on Leupold not much different to NZ from the The Rifle Scope Store; that is, by the time you pay freight and GST. However, their prices on Nikon and Weaver are excellent. Don't ask them to put a lower value on the scope because you'll get a firm "no can do".

Camerland in NYC has superb service too and has big discounts on like new demo optics. In fact, I've heard that they are brand new just that the box might have been opened. Cameras, Binoculars, Spotting Scopes, Rifle Scopes - Camera Land NY They offer a lot of high end optic brands too. There are a couple of brands that these companies won't ship to NZ, such as Leica, because of the International dealer cartel type arrangement.

Very good to deal with, I got a demo leica range finder form them,it looked brand new.Not a mark on it, I think maybe selling new stuff as demo lets them discount the MRP and export (just a guess.)
    highly recommend them
