Just after some help on getting permits for the wider hawkes Bay Area . Is the only way is to ring the forestry managers ? They never call me back. How do I get the blocks .awaho. Crowhane and thous kinds if blocks never been in to any of them and would just like a go

Might be worth a try ringing Forest and General security as I gather they look after several blocks down that way

Forest management in Austin st Napier are ok. They do keep the best blocks for themselves though. I think you have to use the Gisborne office if you want one more that way. I have tried several times with no luck to get in touch with the guy who sorts permits for panpac forests but will keep trying.
