Pigs with a Nightscope should be straight foward and alot easier than deer.Pigs I will even hunt in moonlight but usually not deer as their eyesight is just that much better. Alot of the pigs I have shot at night have been about 25yrds away in open paddocks and as long as you keep the wind from them to you no issues.
Same with Deer if they do look at you with the IR on just don`t move the scope till they look away. They are pretty intelegent animals so if you have been hammering them I geuss some will work out what the little red glowing star is!!!
