Hi all,
After being out of NZ for three years wife and I have returned. Now living in Chch and hoping for some pointers on areas to explore.
I don't want your favourite spot x, I would appreciate some access points to areas I can start to explore and learn about.
Canterbury is a new area to me.

Seriously best thing to do is jump on DOC website find out where you can legally hunt...pick some areas and get out an hunt. If there no good try somewhere else, thats what its all about. Theres heaps Doc land in Canty to go walkabout, deer chamois tahr take your pick.... Arthurs Pass as gooder place as any to start......
