Thread: Places on the West Coast?

Hi All,

I know there are a few of these sorts of posts on here, but here goes...

Me and a couple of mates are looking for somewhere on the Coast for 5 days hunting in a couple of weeks.
Interested in any of the big 3, but I'd be very keen for my first deer.
We will probably head up one of the east coast rivers but wanted to have another option incase the weather is shit in the east.
Have a couple of rather capable 4wd's for access, and if we can get somewhere on the coast with them that'd be great! (nothing like a quiet pint at the end of the day out of a stubbie). BUT we also are just as able to walk in somewhere.

Any help would be much appreciated as we don't know the Coast at all.
If you PM me then I'll make sure I dont go sharing any of your favourite spots around with the whole of NZ.
