    That would have to be the best skinning job using a machete I have ever seen.

    Dave, Only took a couple of hours to skin, old people are slow to learn. Blunt knives don’t cut fingers, that’s the logic!!

    its a heck of a lot easier to saw animal in half like that if you can spread the hocks apart...the further the better...two hooks on separate ropes is the easiest of all. skinning job looks ok to me...my north island upbringing sees the LPG torch come out more often than skinning,even if Im the only one who appreciates the crackling I DONT CARE......it make better roast LOL.
