You better go do some more research, the meat has to be at the processor within 24 hours and isn't allowed to be frozen. You better go have a read of the regs on the MPI site

You better do your research, it can be frozen and can be longer than 24hrs. It’s for pet food rules are different. How do I know? I’m certified for both pet food and human consumption.

Yeah you might be thinking of human consumption, petfood can be frozen and mpi states it has to be within a certain amount of hours.

What are you paying? per Kilo or per animal? how do you plan on transporting it away? Details please.
