Thread: Possum poison transferral to game risks

I guess it depends on which poison (which you do know) and the dose (which you don't know) the animal has taken. But DoC gives a buffer distance on their website (its different for deer as it is for pig etc etc) and does not recommend the taking of animals within this area (and that area which actually got the poison). I haven't hunted in areas with 1080 drop but I know some people do. Depends how much of a risk taker you are haha.
