Thread: PRVI

Hi, Is there a difference in the bullets from the "PRVI" and the "PPU" packets? They are from the same factory but I can't find any more info. The 120gr 7-08 are hollows and the 140gr are PSP?

Highland/prvi/ppu all the same factory ive been reliably informed.All shoot reasonably well out of the box aswell for there price.

Are the PRVI and PPU the same price in H&F?

Geeze I cant remember but prvi are still doing the three pack deal from memory.i think ppu might be just a fraction more.

I use privi and i swear by it, cheap, reliable and my gun loves it, so its my favoured ammo, plus im a tight ass, and when it came to the goats last weekend they wouldn't know if it was $1.50 bullet that got em or a $2.50, so it gets my vote!

PPU brass is VERY good also

I got PPUs for the same price as PRVI, a packet of 120 hollows for wallabies and goats and two packs of 140 psp for the reds. Cheers

PPU - its all I use - three packs for $90 from H&F bloody good value - Ive got a Tikka 7m-08 and use the 140 grains - the gun likes them and they knock over reds & Sika pretty well
