Haha that dancing.
That dude at the end is hard case! Looks like that spot is pretty popular.
That's pretty awesome!
Just wondering, is anyone able to tell me what the last deer species was to be introduced and when it occurred? Is there any possibility that more deer (or any other game) species could / would be introduced?
I believe the last species was the moose in the early 1900s. And no there will not be anymore added to the list. Mores the pity id love chital hunting here.

A few roe deer would be cool, you can just picture them hanging around the lifestyle blocks because they know they're safe.
First Introductions:
Red Deer 1851, last release 1923
Fallow 1864
Sika 1885
Whitetail 1901
Sambar 1875, last release 1921
Rusa 1908
Wapiti 1905 (excluding Kawau Is)
Moose 1910
Cheers CD, BF.
Based purely on the lack of any evidence to the contrary, it is a pity that the moose idea didn't take off.
Sure looks like an action packed spot haha
lmfao, i know one of them.
Don't get too excited, much like the zebra that were released there around the same time by Mr Grey they died out.
Good thing was, those boys had a laugh upon seeing the cam and did not muck with it like some pond scum do.
Yea wasnt there orangutans and allsorts out there.?1

Pass on that one, but he was the reason we had wild cockatoo's and kookaburras on the farm when I was a kid.

CD / Barefoot we get both the Sulphur crested Cockatoos and Kookaburras here from time to time. A couple of years back we had about 12 of the Cockatoos just outside the house. They sell at about a grand each in pet shops but I resisted the temptation to net them.
The camera belongs to one of the 2 last guys which is why they were fooling about
Fucking crack up. Busting out the bush moves.
I was half expecting the end to burst out into some Harlem Shake shit with deer on bikes and in sleeping bags etc.
We still get Kookaburras out riverhead all the time in summer. Pretty cool when you hear them fly buy cackling.
Is it in the Kaimais?
Rushy hits 4k!
Was actually put up by a couple of guys from other forum. Not the smartest thing to do but as everyone knows No DEER in Pureorua
