Could give Paul the arms officer a call too he's a keen hunter
I've got a restricted permit for 12 Mile / Mt. Crichton for Friday 12th and Saturday 13th of August. Will likely take the last few hours of Thursday off work and head up to the hut.
At this stage I'll be heading in by myself so if anybody wants to join feel free to send me a PM.
Disclosure - I've never been in there before.
Weather might be a bit scruffy for you this weekend.
