The answer to that will depend on a lot of factors such as the range distance the rifle is zeroed at, the BC of the projectile, the speed it is travelling, etc. There are plenty of gurus on here (I am not one of them) so give them the data and they will have a ball telling you.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Using the calculater in this link Handloads.Com Ballistic Calculator it puts you zeroed at 150 and 6inch low at 300. That was just with rough figures .
Try it , its the easiest one too use but don't forget too calculate BC and scope height.
