    Than heaps guys,goes I also need to get out and practice with it and keep shooting paper,where in the Waikato could I shoot out to 300? May have to ask a few farmers I think

    You may have to wait until after calving as that is full swing now on most farms.

    Nikons "spot on" ballistics program is pretty usefull. Boatload of factory offerings, and has been pretty damn close to what I have shot on the range

    You should consider joining the Tokoroa Shooting Sports Complex. You even get your own key for an additional $10. The covered sighting in range has two concrete benches. Target boards at 50m, 100m and 200m. It's also one hour closer to Hamilton.
