    No direct contact, sorry. But not unusual for a few days to receive replies to emails. I know that office is only manned some days and I've never figured out their system of what days are manned or not.
    Yes, usually Karen is the permits person. I've always found her helpful and I'm sure in due course she will respond. Like you though I have found it frustrating. No choice but to wait iy out.
