    @keneff I take exactly the same route.
    Met a guy called Jim, from Tauranga, who used to tow a pop top caravan, with a 2wd into Littles Clearing.
    Real nice guy, been going there for years.
    The contorta, going towards The Black Birch, has got away over the years too.
