    Roaring stag hut

Planning on heading into roaring stag hut in the tararuas this weekend. Has anybody been in there recently? I see that it was 1080d in March/April south of there a bit. Should it still be good for hunting?
    Cheers

A good southerly gets me excited about the window of excellent hunting weather that immediately follows it.
