    Marvellous stuff, that yellow tape. wrap it around stuff you are responsible for, and then conveniently omit doing anything to it for Kiwi back country users. Ohh, but need another overseas tourist mega hut built to bring in some income, lets fly the builders in and out of the bush every day and build a monstrosity costing millions of $$
