About LinkBacksIF you are like me, and only an average sort of shot, then I really recommend closing the distance on a shot if the animal has not detected you and it's possible to get in closer. It just narrows that margin of error that a longer shot can exacerbate. Also, it's easier to follow up if you blow the first by being that bit closer.
