To be honest, over the last 12 months I've started dishing out a kg here and there to the boys, am well overdue shoulder surgery which makes things tricky.

Tbh I think choosing to carry extra unnecessary items/weight for yourself would be making your own bed. In the case of producing a TV show everyone is involved and it should be a team effort. Bit average imo, maybe Im wired differently. Good to hear you are sending some stuff their way now though.
