    I use Scott's Traditional Meats in Helensville and they make great sausages and salami's.

    I've used Scotts Traditional Meats too.

    They messed up my order and ended up giving me someone elses as well, as well as only managing to get about 2KG of meat off a goat I shot (doesn't seem right). But, shit happens!

    Their salami and sausages I got made are great. Well worth giving them a go.
