Check about the main access up there.
Its been a saga between DoC and the landowner over the years and then they put in a new track and it got blown out by a weather bomb.
Expect its all sorted now though.
ive been to kiwi flat via the new track about a year ago and it was sweet as
Full of goats and a few chams.
Track is easily lost. Nice country all the same
