Thread: Which scope should this newbie buy?

as above 2-10x or 3-12x is more than enough for shooting to 300 mtr or 500 on large game.
for bush hunting stay under 3x, 1.5 or 2x would be nice but to get the top end is hard without moving to a more expensive scope in the 5x or 6x zoom range.
While those big 6-20x scopes look sexy they are a pain in the butt in the bush.
