Thread: Self Guided Hunting Block

Iv got a mate and his family coming over to NZ for a bit of a vacation in the new year.
He's stopping through for a couple of days and thought id see if i could get him behind the rifle while the other half's do what ever they do

I know this goes against the grain but I'm

Looking for a hunting block in the north island where i could possibly take him on like a self guided meat hunt?
he'd be pumped to put a deer to his name and maybe a goat and i wouldn't say no to some venison in the freezer for the new year a win win situation

I should just take him through onto some public land but i know this would be his one and only time bagging a deer not after any trophy's just to pop his first cherry and top up the freezer

If anyone could steer me in the direction of where and who that would be much appreciated
