When animals that can literally survive (thrive) anywhere have their natural predators removed their numbers explode and need to be controlled somehow.
I prefer shooting them over aerial poison drops.....
Other examples are vervet monkeys, bush pigs, porcupines, all thrive in farm/suburban environments and are extremely destructive to crops and people's livelihoods, remember a lot of farming there is subsistence and people's only good source. Predators are long gone, numbers must be controlled.
When we start telling people what they can and can't shoot just because we don't like it we become no better than vegan animal activists or anti hunters. As long as its legal and sustainable then its all good.
