    Interesting thread....I have never come across a sick deer myself but have shot a couple that were clearly not going to make next winter due to poor condition/no teeth... even salami wasnt good.

    The old man reconed he shot a few that had TB back in the day over Marlborough way but truth be told they could have had whatever yours had as at the time TB was the big thing (excuse to 1080) in the public eye so anything that didnt look healthy "had TB"
