About LinkBacksAll mine are less than 15cm - indeed 10cm is my most handy sheath knife.
However, in the kitchen I have 20 - 25cm blades, and the Dick chefs knife or even the New World Smeg santoku would have me in the ED if I am not paying 100% attention to the task at hand.
