Can someone please explain why there is left and right socks. I cant see any difference between them.
It’s the same with walking poles.

sometimes slight difference in where padding is..sometimes not..the blond has TGIF on her socks...so she remembers toes go in first.
75/15/10 black powder matters
I would say the main explanation is that you are spending to much per sock.
Mine are dear enough but they fit either foot.
Overkill is still dead.
Majority of walking poles are universal until you get up in value to something like pacer poles as used by very long distance trampers
I buy three-pack sox from my farm supplies store. They dont have left or rights and my feet dont care .
The problem is when you get them mixed up. You left foot tends to go in large ,but ever decreasing clockwise circles and the right starts small but ever increasing anti clockwise circles. People who have purchased said items wont find this confusing
Got to do with padding on the sock, to target got spot locations with thickenings in certain areas but keep the sock overall thickness (for drying) to a minimum
here is your awnser clever bastards have worked this out
Also called asymmetrical fit socks, these running socks are designed to fit your left and right foot exclusively. The benefit of this left/right fit is an overall better fit as the cut, padding, and stitching has been completed in a way that complements the unique shape of each foot
Does having red band feet make them unique ?
the article did say running socks that may rule out redbands - unless the missus found the texts from ya girl friend and is chasing ya down the paddock with a murderous look - I only looked it up cause I thought some one was taking the piss -left and right socks -what the - but turns out true
