    Solunar times

How many of you out there rate the use of solunar feeding times for hunting? (Not fishing)

Never been able to come to any definate conclusions. Even with my game camera shots.
I only check them after I have been for a hunt now so I don't change the way that I hunt because of them.

Always cleaned up in the machine on a morning or evening run, around a king low tide I always plan to be where I want to be, on the major periods.
Do what ya want! Ya will anyway.

I have a mate who swears by them but then he never hunts on the poor days at bad times. Not likely to see one if you are not hunting.
I shot two reds out feeding at 9am yesterday morning. Poor day, outside peak or even good times.

A way to test the theory is to watch what farm animals are doing during the periods and adjust your times to suit. They go out the window in the roar in my experience.
Have used them as a guide for years. I never bother on poor days either but I am not currently shooting for money, so I can be a bit choosey.

When I'm heading out for a hunt and I see more than a couple of hair on the side of the road I always have been seeing deer lately. Could be just a coincidence

Have looked for the same thing with rabbits on my way to a hunting spot I use a fair bit but still haven't come up with anything conclusive. I think I have decided the best time to go hunting is when you can.

With four kids I'm a firm believer in that calendar
