    South Big Glory - Boat rental

    Have the block booked for next April.

    This will be the third trip to the island but the first in Patterson Inlet.

    Stoked.

    Want to rent a boat to have with us so we can make it a fish, hunt, dive trip.

    Any recommendations on who to go with?

    @223nut may be able to suggest something.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    looked into this two years ago....the ferry guy has then to rent...costly and you buy fuel off him as cant cart it over to island... but not much other options.

    We hired one from Rakiura charters, they took us to the block.

    We normally hire a boat or 2 from Steve Gooding and take fuel. But we charter Aurora direct to our blocks.
    If you are taking ferry from Bluff you could arrange to get boat/fuel/gear taken over on freight boat?
    depends on your logistics.
