Hey team, how's everyone going?
Just wanting to know everyone's recommendations for sending some venison away to be made into salami.
I know base camp up in Katikati do a great job but, I'm in Nelson and wondering if there's somewhere in the south easier to send to, making outstanding products.

Chris Bromley in Burnham do a great job if you are down this way.
You could try Blackball Salami. Not sure if they do meat brought in, but they used to make the best salami around.

I get mine done at ASL processing in Blenheim (Actually fairly close to Spring creek). Andy does a great job but I know he is fairly full up at the moment so depends on how soon you want it.
Have had big reds in invercargill do a few batches for me, been waiting about a month for the last lot...
