Thread: Spots on goat kidney?

Hey folks. Bowled over a couple of goats on the weekend on DOC land. They both looked healthy (but it was dark by the time I got to deal with them so wasn't looking close). Took the quarters and a kidney home, then noticed the kidney had two spots about 3mm across:



Anyone seen this and know what it is? TB sprang to mind first but I didn't think goats got TB. Keen to hear any ideas on top of if in doubt, throw it out (already know that one!)
