Yes he is a beauty 191DS shot him in an area not so well known for sika, pine country with plenty of grass so he grew a nice head, also it was after the eruption and ash covered a lot of this country and must have acted as a fertilizer. Several better sika heads were shot that year. Shot him in 97 I must confess it was in the light but it is what we were doing back then and to me it makes him no less a trophy, you still have to put in the hours.( And we spent thousands of hours spotlighting) I would much prefer to run into him in daylight though.
Unfortunately our house isn't really suited to mounted animals to low a ceiling and to many heads to fit in.
