    Tahr hunt

    Hi everyone
    Just wanting to pick some brains on a tahr hunt in canterbury area on puplic land. Im from the north island and have alawys wanted to hunt tahr. Just wanting to know of any puplic spots with good access not worried about a little 4wding

    Ive heard the macaulay river is quite good
