    Hey mate,

I did a winter trip up the dobson, which backs onto both the bush and Fred's streams. The trip was following a cull of approx 2500 nannies from the valley.

If anything the hunting was better. Numbers were lower for sure, but every time we came across a mob of nannies we were pretty certain there would be a mature bull close by.

Based on that experience I wouldn't hesitate to head up bush or Fred's, though they have culled more animals since. Hopefully they were still selectively taking nannies.
