    Tararuas today

    Went for a look today around where i've seen lots of sign in the past, no luck & no sign at all today can't help thinking it's because of all auction over the last month. Have a go again next weekend i gess.

    I have no idea what sort of terrain it is but will say stags will be feeding up large now trying to put back on some condition before winter really kicks in.
    Stags will stay on tops with feed(if any?) a lot later than hinds who will soon be yarded up in there winter areas.

    That is Neckshot's play ground. He may be able to assist.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded

    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone

    where abouts in the tararuas not looking to poach a spot but hunt there alot so might have a few ideas for you
