Around May 10th red stags come out to put on condition after the roar and June 1st for Sika stags, this is a far better time to hunt them than the roar and once they are fat again make much better table fare.

This man knows too much. May best for red stags. Dopey as hell. Head for grassy guts and gorge themselves barely raising their head.
