Thread: Te Iringa trip

Hi All

Came out of the Kaimanwas yesterday morning after 3 nights in there.

Had great weather with light easterly winds which were not too swirly. The roaring was pretty intermittent which made it hard to pin point and stalk in on stags. The first two days it felt like we were pushing the stags away with our roars.

Sunday afternoon it came together and my mate shot a small 5 pointer that walked straight in after a he haw followed with a single call.

A good trip in the end but we worked hard for it.
