    Today's Hmm Moment

    When know you should have and didn't.Name: 200.JPG Views: 496 Size: 131.8 KB
    At our back paddock, bordering our native bush. Been seeing a pair of them over the last couple of days when feeding out the cows.
    Was in a hurry and didn't take the rifle, took photo instead with the phone at 4x zoom.
    I estimate they were at 200m, but would have been clean shot.

    Leave them. Got the same problem with white tail on the island, much better seeing them walking round. Wait till the big guy shows up them take him Out!

    They will be there another day, sometimes its nicer to get great photos as their beauty fades fast when they are dead.

    The other is a larger female not in this photo, but the first 2 that I saw the other day were Rusa Spikers almost twice this ones size

    I had no intention in taking out the yearling, or the mum for that matter !!! But I will take out the Rusa though
