Thread: Trail camera results!

Thought it was time to share these pics since the roar has been and gone.
The camera is located on DOC land and there has been everything from deer, pigs, possums, hares, magpies and starlings set the camera off but here is a selection of some of the pics.
You will notice that all pics put up are in bad weather or at night. This is for the reason of not giving away landmarks as identifying landscapes in Canterbury isn't that challenging.

Us setting the camera up on a well worn game trail on the tops in shitty February weather. We were both dressed more for summer condition and by the time we got back to the truck we were soaked and frozen!


This is series of pics that I love of a spiker doing the bolt and then frolicking around on the game trail doing headstands and all!


There are a number of deer frequenting the area.


Lastly this is the stag that we were targeting. He showed up for the first time on film on the Friday and I got him on the Saturday.
