Thread: tramping/hiking into roar blocks during ballot

it looks some of you have got the wrong end of the stick, from what i read he was wondering if he could hike into ballot block areas during the ballot periods and the answer is yes he can, its public land he can do whatever he likes except hunt it. the question of should he do it its up to him to decide i know some people get precious about their once a year outing roar hunts so he can expect some flak if he comes across those hunters but he has as much right to be there as they do its just the reality of it.
