    I do the same for all my rifle caliber loads. Even dip my projectiles prior. You can easily feel any difference in neck tension when seating as well.

    Whats the bush like up there? Assuming its thick, say like whakamarama?

    It's not to bad down there, long but very flat track in. But certainly not overly thick Bush like Coromandel

    I've been up to the Waitawheta Hut multiple times, however only tramping . I assume just continue the track past the hut and cut off the track and climb. I'd be keen to get up there, i hunt mainly the whakamarama area but keen for a different target. Cheers

    Lots of cold river crossings . You will earn any goats-you get.
    Cutting gorse on the flat below the hut was my first job after I left school-
    If any one shoots some there could you let the forum know here. ?

    Bridges the whole way up now from waitawheta end, and follow flood detour by last old hut site and you'll have dry feet.
